About Our Production
Our production facilities in Vietnam are well equipped to manufacture all lines of apparel.

Our friendly and knowledgeable representatives will work with you from the beginning of the development process to the final delivery to your warehouse. We will follow closely and watch over every process to guarantee the best quality products for our customers. Vinaworld provides pattern making, grading, marker making, cutting, sales rep sampling, full service embroidery, pressing and packaging services which meet or exceed quality standards of the domestic cut and sew industry. We have an in-house capacity to produce over 150,000 garments per month and are currently improving our infrastructure to increase this limit.

Fabric Sourcing
Fabrics sourcing as well as its quality is the most important factor to successfully complete a production plan. So we are so serious about fabrics sourcing with good quality as well as to have it in time. We prefer first our customer choice when they come with a reliable source of fabrics. For easy & a successful plan we working with our local production or import sources which are better for quality and in time delivery.

Samples
Sampling is very important to our customer, as well as to have pre-idea about the order. We take the sample process very serious. The more information you can initially provide the better. We will work from comp samples, drawings, or specifications. We need as much of the following information as possible

• Sample size and after shrink specifications
• Fabric type, content and weight
• Desired colors
• Size range
• Label type, placement and who supplies
• Packaging requirements
• Estimated initial order quantity

Once the pre-cost is approved we will, at your direction, make first samples. We will produce four samples, two for internal testing and evaluation and two for you. One sample is to be wash tested and the other used as an approval sample.

Delivery
Regardless of where you are at, Vinaworld Production and Services delivers to the location of your choice. We handle shipment arrangements, packaging, quotas, and custom duties.
